In our home, sleep doesn't always come easy for any of us. My husband, a light sleeper, hardly gets a good night's rest. It's like sleep tiptoes around him, leaving him tired most mornings.

Now, my teenage son, oh, he's a real 'night owl.' He loves the late hours, even though he knows he should be in bed earlier. I'm always gently telling him to hit the hay.

But guess what? I have my own struggles too. Some nights, sleep plays hide and seek with me. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night, and my friends notice I look tired, especially after a night of tossing and turning.

Thinking about my health and my skin, I figured out something crucial. Good sleep isn't just about feeling rested; it's a way of taking care of ourselves.

So, I decided to shake things up.

I started a bedtime routine for the whole family, making sure we all get the sleep we really need.

Take-away: Sleep is a big deal, no matter how old you are. It's not just about feeling tired; it can mess with our health and how we look.
